Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you aren’t happy with any product you buy from us, let us know within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at ivylondonstudio@gmail.com. We’ll confirm your order, then provide you instructions to return your product to us new, used or broken. Once we receive it, we’ll give you a 100% refund. It’s that simple!

Please note the Happiness Guarantee does not include Earrings due to hygiene reasons

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Earrings, This is due to Hygiene and safety reasons . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return,we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
